DYWILAN Sp. z o.o. is implementing the project "Introduction of a new properties turf to the market."
As part of the project, construction works (foundations for the machinery) will be carried out, and a loom for producing infill-free mats will be purchased.
The aim of the project is to introduce innovation to Dywilan by implementing an investment that strengthens the company's development capabilities and introduces a high-quality product to the market.
The direct result of the project's implementation will be the expansion of the company's current product range to include a new product, namely infill-free synthetic turf in woven technology (with enhanced quality parameters) based on R&D results.

Dywilan S.A. is implementing the project "Grant for Dywilan S.A.'s Working Capital" under Action 3.4 Grants for Working Capital.
Project value: 118,547.46 PLN, European Funds contribution: 118,547.46 PLN.
Dywilan's project "Introduction of New Hybrid Turfs to the Market" under sub-measure 3.2.2 of the Operational Program Smart Growth (PO IR) concerns technological investment, specifically the implementation of its own new technology, in the form of industrial property rights (a patent application resulting in a granted patent) and the launch of production of a new product in relation to those previously manufactured in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The technology planned for implementation within this project is the production technology of hybrid turf mats, owned by the applicant.
The following elements are planned to be acquired in the project:
- Loom for the production of hybrid mats
- Assembly of a used loom
- Launch of the loom for the production of hybrid mats
- Installation of compressed air
These investment purchases will allow the project's goal to be achieved - introducing a new product to the market: hybrid turf mats with a pile height of up to 68mm. A detailed analysis of customer needs has shown a market demand for a new product, which will be a significant element of the company's competitive advantage, mainly due to its new features, parameters, and functionalities. The applicant also plans to consider environmental aspects within the technological investment.
Project value: 1,842,200.00 PLN, European Funds contribution: 828,990.00 PLN.
Dywilan S.A. commenced the implementation of the investment project "Construction of a photovoltaic power plant along with a transformer station and HV/LV cable line at Dywilan S.A. in Łódź" in June 2014.
The total planned investment value amounts to 1,022,513 PLN. The project is co-financed by the funds of the Voivodship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Łódź in the form of a loan agreement in the amount of 886,788 PLN. The investment involves the implementation of a photovoltaic cell system with a total installation capacity of 140.76 kWp. The photovoltaic cells will be installed on the roof of the Dywilan facility. To connect the PV cell installation, an electrical cable line of HV and LV will be constructed along with a containerized, sender-receiver transformer station HV/LV.
